- Individualized Behavioral care and treatment planning for residents, staff, and families.
- Support, assistance, and guidance with addressing and managing any specific or emergent Behavioral issue, crisis, or concern.
- Coordination, review, and monitoring of Behavioral care services ranging from psychotropic prescription management, laboratory procedures, imaging studies, electro-convulsive therapy, psychiatric hospital admissions and discharge planning to housing options and placement issues.
- Discussion of the psychosocial strategies and pharmacologic principles used to manage disruptive resident behaviors.
- Analysis of the interpersonal, environmental, and social factors in your family or organization which affect resident behavior and functioning.
- Caregiver survey and assessment paired with wellness counseling and other support services.
